The Coaching Process Explained

This is about you and your journey so it is imperative that you feel good about who you bring on this journey with you.
Our coaching program sessions will primarily take place over the telephone or face-to-face (in midtown Manhattan only)
Monthly programs consist of:
- 2 one-hour long full sessions/month on scheduled dates.
- 1 30 minute power session/month, if needed
- 1 15 minute ‘emergency’ session/month, as needed, if urgent support is needed, you have problem or want to share a success, before a scheduled session.
- Unlimited email support throughout the month
Due to the time, scope & nature of coaching, the initial term is normally 3 months (6 full sessions) with subsequent sessions being on a month-by-month basis.
After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time in writing (i.e. email, fax or letter).
Coaching can be a challenging process as many of us have never really taken the time to focus on ourselves, but it can also be a highly rewarding and empowering process – one that will help you move forward as an individual and as a parent.
